    Suicune Unleashed!

    Ash's Pikachu Begins!

Today Suicune is released for distribution across the U.S. at Gamestop locations. To see what is special about him, check out the Events column to the left. For those of you who don't know how to work the event, you show up at Gamestop, pull out your Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, or Soulsilver game with your DS or DSi and load it up and choose the Mystery Gift option on the main game screen. Once in Mystery Gift, choose the Recieve Via Wireless option and you will automatically recieve the event. Now, some sites do not fully explain the rules to you but here you go:

    • You CAN get more than one on several games!
    • You CANNOT get two of the same event on one game card (for example, you can't get two Shiny Raikou's on the same SoulSilver).
    • Most Event Pokemon CANNOT get sent over Nintendo Wi-Fi at the GTS (Global Trade Station located in Jubilife (D,P,Plt) and Goldenrod (HG,SS) ).
    • You CAN get the Gamestop location Events outside of the store; you just have to be within 5 feet or so. This eliminates their "Marketing" technique.
    • If you have too many Wonder Cards you WILL NOT be able to download a new event until you delete at least one of them. Wonder Cards are what allows the game card to track which events have been downloaded. This is also the reason why if you recieve one Suicune on your Diamond card, you cannot recieve another on that same Diamond due to the Wonder Cards tracking method.

In other news: Ash's Pikachu began its distribution at local Toy's R' Us stores across the U.S. It is a basic event and does nothing in HeartGold or SoulSilver as well as does nothing special in Black and White. It will be available until February 7th, the same day the Suicune distribution ends. The OT of the Pikachu is Ash (obviously) and it knows exactly the same moves Ash's Pikachu has in the Anime: Volt Tackle, Iron Tail, Quick Attack and Thunderbolt. It has a CLassic Ribbon (like almost all event Pokemon). And it carries a Light Ball which is essential to breeding a Pichu that knows Volt Tackle
